Labor cost for major repair jobs

The Service Call Fee is considered as accepted and beholden at the moment a customer schedules the appointment. 

The cost of repair is based on the job, not on the time the repair takes to perform.

The cost of labor for major jobs is not included in the Flat-Rate Service Call Fee

Major jobs include but are not limited to: refrigerator compressors replacement, transmissions replacement, work on extremely old appliances with rusted or seized parts, work on stacked or built-in appliances, or appliances that are not accessible to the service technician. The technician will inform you of any applicable incremental fees.

COVID-19 Policy

We follow the directives from the government and public health agencies to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

We are making sure on a daily basis that our technicians are feeling well and comply with safety regulations. Most of our customer service representatives are working from home until further notice in order to keep our community safe. 

We require our employees to wash their hands regularly with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds and also to acquire a habit of disinfection procedure with sanitizers as much as possible. VM Service Tech makes sure that each technician has a hand sanitizer, mask, gloves and keep 6 feet distance from each other. In addition technicians are required to wipe all tools and equipment down before and after entering homes and other necessary steps to help prevent the spread of the virus and to keep all of us safe.

Our technicians have been empowered to request appointment reschedule if, when they arrive at a customer location, the homeowner is displaying any concerning symptoms.

We are currently open and work as usual to provide the best service to our valued customers. We feel obligated to keep you updated at all times, so far we have not been informed of any exposure of our staff & employees to Coronavirus.

How It Works

Schedule your appliance repair with us Over the Phone. We would be happy to answer all you questions and give you details of your booking!

Request your appliance repair using our Online Form. Once you request is submitted, we'll be notified immediately!

Our Dispatch Staff will take care of your Phone Call or Online Request and contact you to confirm your booking, or for more information if needed.

Over the Scheduling and Dispatching software we submit your scheduled request to the assigned technician, who provides appliance repair service in your neighborhood.

The technician will contact you when he starts making his way to your place. Upon arrival, we always aim to complete repairs during our first visit.

After investigation the technician will perform a repair if no parts needed or he has that particular part in stock. Otherwise, you'll be provided with the cost of required part. If you decide to proceed with a part replacement, the technician will get back to you once he gets a part from our Parts Supply department.

As a customer, you won't be charged for every subsequent visit, no matter how long it takes to get the job done. Once the repair is completed, you will be prompted to pay the invoice for both service call and the part, if one was replaced. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit or e-Transfer at your convenience. No Personal Bank Cheques accepted.

Please, don't order any parts basing on you best guess as it can lead you to unnecessary expenses. Moreover, you won't get our 90-Day Limited Warranty. Call professional to investigate your appliance.
